The Bottleneck Report

Your roadmap to seamless business operations.

How do I even know if my processes are efficient, or if I need help?

If you’re experiencing delays, miscommunication, redundant tasks, customer issues, or inconsistent results, your processes likely need improvement. At a minimum, you should be analyzing your workflows annually. If your business is growing—or planning for growth—your processes should evolve with you. Nothing is ever perfect, but strong, adaptable systems help businesses scale smoothly.

By mapping out your workflows and regularly reviewing them, you set yourself and your business up for long-term success. From employee onboarding to your sales pipeline, well-structured processes save time, energy, resources, and money.

Example: A client once described their operations as a "dumpster fire." After analyzing their workflows, I identified two major bottlenecks that could be fixed within 3-6 months. The biggest issue? Their employee onboarding and training. They had no structured onboarding process—just “hands-on” training—which meant new hires took 2-3 months to become fully operational.

We implemented a clear onboarding and training plan, cutting that time down to under 3 weeks. The result? Faster productivity, lower turnover, and a stronger workforce.
