| | | | Holy Cross April Neighborhood Cleanup! Saturday April 27th, 9am @ ReDev (for meet-up), 1017 E. Michigan St
Want a great way to spend a spring morning outside, meet some neighbors, and help keep the neighborhood looking beautiful? April 27, 2024 is the big day for our bi-annual litter/curb cleanup!
We will meet at 9:00 AM at the ReDev office at 1017 E. Michigan St. for refreshments, assignments, and tool sharing. If you canโt make it but want to help, please clean up trash, curbs, and storm drains on your block in the days leading up to our official event.
When clearing curbs and drains, please make large piles for our partners at Marion County Health Department to pick up with the boom truck. It is very important to follow these guidelines: - Leaf and limb debris on curbs need to be consolidated in piles more than 20 feet apart to accommodate the picker truck. Hereโs a great tip: Use your snow shovel to clear the curb and direct the mess into piles!
- Neighbors should make an effort to have the curb pile locations identified to Amanda Wade at awade@c21scheetz.com prior to MCHDโs Saturday morning pickup so that they know where to go
- MCHD is limited to what they can pick up-- No electronics, rocks, or liquid chemicals, please.
See you there!
